To check if your device is eSIM compatible, please follow these steps.
For iOS devices:

For iOS devices, youâll need to check if your device is carrier-locked and if you can add an eSIM to determine whether your device is eSIM compatible.
- Go to âSettingsâ and select âGeneralâ.
- Then, click âAboutâ and scroll down to where it says âService Provider Lockâ. If it says âNo SIM restrictionsâ, it means your device is not carrier-locked and you can add an eSIM.
- To check if you can add an eSIM, go to your âSettingsâ and select âMobileâ.
- If you can add an eSIM to your device, youâll see the âAdd eSIMâ option under âSIMsâ.
For Android devices:
- For Samsung devices, go to âSettingsâ > âConnectionsâ > âSIM Card Manageâ. If you see the âAdd Mobile Planâ option, your device is eSIM compatible.
- For all other Android devices, dial and call *#06#. If you can view your EID number, your device is eSIM compatible.
